DocZoid is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create, manage, and connect documentation, diagrams, and presentations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the documentation, diagrams, presentations, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

License to us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to use any content you upload or create.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use
  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
  • You own the AI-generated content created through your use of the Service, subject to any third-party rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocZoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
