Turn consulting work into living documentation, diagrams, and presentations.
Your consultants already produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, recommendations and management decks inside the same engagement — and then spend the rest of the project keeping four versions of the same truth in sync by hand. DocZoid connects those artifacts so they evolve together.
We're assembling a small group of founding Solution Partners: firms that use DocZoid internally, build their own services around it, and bring it into the engagements they're already running.
The engagement you already run
Most knowledge-heavy engagements move through the same chain. Each step produces an artifact — and today, each artifact lives in a different tool.
Today
- Architecture diagrams in a diagramming tool
- Technical documentation in Word, Confluence or Google Docs
- Recommendations in a third document
- A PowerPoint for the steering committee
- All four rebuilt by hand every time the architecture moves
The same information copied between tools — which is how you end up with outdated decks, inconsistent diagrams and documentation drift, all of it billed as your consultants' time.
With DocZoid
- One architecture, drawn once
- Documentation built around the live diagram
- Executive deck generated from the same content
- Change the architecture — every artifact follows
- The client keeps a workspace, not a folder of stale files
A living project deliverable instead of a collection of static exports — and a reason for the client to still be talking to you next quarter.
Three ways partners make money
In order of size. If you're here for software commission, the third one will disappoint you — so we've put it last and said what it's worth.
Services around the platform
Onboarding, workspace configuration, company and architecture templates, migration of existing documentation, documentation workshops, AI workflow setup, training, governance. Work you can quote for on the next proposal.
DocZoid inside the consulting deal
Not “here is a tool” but “here is an architecture assessment that leaves you with living documentation your team can maintain.” The platform makes a larger engagement easier to justify, not a separate line item to defend.
Recurring software revenue
You earn a share of your customers’ subscriptions for as long as they stay. Worth having, and honestly: at our price points it is a fraction of what the services are worth. We’d rather tell you that now than have you discover it in month three.
An offering you could sell next month
This is the package our first partners are building. Take it, rename it, price it as you like.
The Living Architecture package
- 1
Discovery
Understand the client’s systems, constraints and stakeholders — exactly as you do today.
- 2
Architecture mapping
Draw current state and target state on a real diagramming canvas, not in a slide.
- 3
Living documentation
Build the architecture documentation around those diagrams, with the diagrams embedded live rather than pasted in.
- 4
Executive communication
Produce the steering-committee deck from the same content. When the architecture changes, the deck changes.
- 5
Handover
The client keeps the workspace and maintains it after you leave — which is also how they become a DocZoid customer, and how you stay in the room.
The engagement ends. The relationship doesn't.
What founding partners get
This first cohort is deliberately generous. We want deployments, reference cases and hard product feedback far more than we want margin.
Free DocZoid for your whole team
Every consultant in your firm, at no cost, for the founding period. Use it on client work, use it internally, use it to decide whether any of this is true.
Onboarding and training
I run your team through it personally, using one of your real engagements rather than a canned demo.
A demo environment that’s yours
A worked reference engagement you can show to your own clients, branded and adapted to how you deliver.
Direct line to the founder
Not a support queue. You get me, and your bugs get fixed ahead of the backlog.
Influence over the enterprise roadmap
SSO, data residency, export formats, Confluence and Jira integration — the founding partners decide the order these arrive in, because you’re the ones whose clients are asking.
Co-selling and joint demos
I’ll join your client calls when it helps. Early on it usually does.
Recurring revenue share
For as long as the customers you introduce keep their subscriptions. Rate discussed on the call — it’s the part of the deal I’d rather agree with you than announce on a web page.
Listed as a founding partner
On this site, with your work, once you’ve got a deployment worth pointing at.
Who this is for
Specialist firms of roughly 5–100 people delivering knowledge-heavy engagements — architecture consultancies, cloud and hyperscaler partners, AI transformation practices, software development agencies, enterprise architecture firms, fractional CTO companies, technical due diligence and IT strategy shops.
What they have in common is that they already produce every artifact DocZoid manages. The program is fully remote and English-language, so where you're based doesn't matter.
Who it isn't for
- Software resellers — that comes later, at a bigger deal size.
- Firms that want a listing and a referral link but won't use the product.
- Anyone who needs a finished enterprise platform today. Parts of this are still being built, and founding partners are how we decide which parts come first.
How it works
Apply
The form below. Five minutes, and the engagement description is the part that matters.
30-minute walkthrough
I show you a full consulting engagement running inside DocZoid and you tell me where it breaks against how you actually work.
Onboarding
Your team gets licenses and a working session. Then you use it internally for a few weeks — on your own work, with no client involved.
First engagement
When you’re confident, you bring it into a real client project. That’s the whole point of the program, and it’s the only milestone either of us should care about.
Straight answers
What does it cost?
Nothing. No fee, no minimum commitment, no volume target. The founding partners are giving up their time to try a new delivery model on real client work, which is worth considerably more to us than a partner fee.
What do you expect in return?
That you use DocZoid internally first, and that you bring it into one real client engagement within the founding period. If it turns out not to fit your work, telling us precisely why is a perfectly good outcome — it’s most of what we need from this cohort anyway.
Who controls our clients’ data?
The client does. Each engagement lives in its own team, and ownership can sit with your client from the start or transfer to them at handover. You stay a member for as long as they want you there.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The client keeps a workspace they can actually maintain instead of a folder of files that go stale. That is the strongest argument in the package — and it’s the reason a documentation engagement can turn into an ongoing relationship rather than a final invoice.
Do you have SSO, data residency, PowerPoint export, Confluence integration?
Some of it, not all of it. Ask on the call and you’ll get a straight answer on each one — what exists, what’s being built, and what isn’t on the roadmap. Founding partners are the reason that order changes.
Are you looking for resellers?
Not yet. Traditional reseller and procurement relationships make sense at a deal size we haven’t reached. Right now we want firms that will use DocZoid to do their own work better.
What happens after the founding period?
Founding partners keep their terms. The program that follows will be less generous — that’s what makes this cohort worth joining now.
Five founding partners. Applications after that join a waitlist.
