DocZoid vs Confluence + Miro
This is not really a product comparison. It is the comparison against what your company already has. Confluence holds the words, Miro or draw.io holds the picture, PowerPoint holds the version the executives saw, and nothing holds them together.

Where Confluence + Miro wins
Already installed, already paid for, already where people look.
Confluence is where your organisation already looks for documentation, and that is worth more than any feature. It has permissions your security team already approved, an existing search index, and years of institutional history. Miro is a better freeform whiteboard than DocZoid's canvas and always will be, because that is the whole product. If your problem is workshops and sticky notes, use Miro.
Where DocZoid wins
The diagram does not stop at the diagram.
The picture in Confluence is a pasted image. Nothing connects it to the board it came from, and nothing connects either to the code. Every diagram is a copy, so every change is three edits that a person has to remember to make. DocZoid removes the copies: one diagram, embedded live wherever it is needed, regenerated from the repository it describes.
Which to pick
Keep Confluence for the company handbook. Move the architecture into DocZoid, and embed a public link back into the Confluence page if that is where people look.
